Apart from the Golden Triangle, you will also get the chance to explore the majestic wildlife of Ranthambore National Park, which is situated 11 kilometers from Sawai Madhopur. The national park is spread over 392.5 square kilometers. It was declared the Sawai Madhopur Wildlife Sanctuary in 1955 and a National Park in 1980. This park is mainly under the task of preserving and breeding tigers to ensure a sure increase in their population.
