Itinerary Details

Welcome to your 'Kashmir Experience' tour! On arrival at the airport / railway Station in Jammu you will be met and transferred to Katra where you will check-in to your hotel.
The day is at leisure for independent activities.

As per your own preferred time, you may proceed to Banganga from where you will trek up the Mata Vaishno Devi Temple. Vaishno Devi Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in India, is located at a height of 5,200 feet on the hills of the Trikuta range The temple consists of a cave shrine dedicated to the Hindu goddess, Vaishno Devi. Return to your hotel after darshan.

Overnight stay in Katra.

Today, transfer to Patnitop. This hill station is mainly famous for its picturesque surroundings There are also options available for skiing in Patnitop The gentle graded baby slopes of Patnitop are suitable enough for beginners.
On arrival into Patnitop, check-in to your hotel.
The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and enjoy the beauty of Patnitop.

Today, depart for Pahalgam, the 'Valley of Shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of streams flowing from the River Lidder and Sheshnag Lake. On arrival into Pahalgam, check-in to your hotel and enjoy the surrounding beauty.
The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this popular tourist destination.

The day is at leisure to admire the beauty of this quiet place. One can enjoy a pony ride to nearby place like Chandanwari or simply walk along the Lidder River.

This morning proceed to Gulmarg. The beautiful town of Gulmarg is bordered by picturesque villages, willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. Gulmarg -the 'Meadow of Flowers' is an apt term for this idyllic flower - laden spot, offering a spectacular view of towering snow capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers, gigantic firs and pine trees.It is also a popular skiing destination. On arrival, check-in to your hotel.
The rest of the day is at leisure. One can take leisurely strolls across the green meadows to one of the world's highest Golf Course. Or opt to take a fun-filled ride in Asia's highest and longest cable car, the Gulmarg Gondola.

Today, drive to Srinagar. en route, making a brief visit to Awantipura Ruins, an 1100year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. On arrival, check- in to your hotel.
In the afternoon, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar visiting the Mughal Gardens - Shalimar Garden, Chashmeshahi and Nishant Gardens.
Later, visit the Shankracharya Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is situated at a height of about 1,100 ft. on a hilltop on the southeast of the city, offers splendid views of the valley and the snow-capped mountains of the Pir Panjal range.
The rest of the evening is at leisure. One can enjoy shopping at the local market for paper-mache items ranging from jewellery boxes to mirror frames, a range of intricately carved walnut wood furniture and accessories, stone jewellery boxes, beautiful woollen shawls etc.

Today, embark on a full day excursion tour to Sonmarg; admirably known as the 'meadow of gold'. Sonmarg, an alpine valley is situated at the bank of Nallah Sindh River. Sindh River indulges you in an activity of fishing especially during summers. This river bed is a popular breeding ground for trout and mahseer fishes. An optional ride on a pony (on direct payment basis) is sure to delight you as you are carried around the snow.
The rest of the evening is at leisure for you to explore the city on your own. You can soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of this city or continue to indulge in shopping.
